If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used, unless it is faulty or damaged on arrival.
To request a return:

Contact hello.bodair.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for exchange, refund, or replacement.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method once we receive the returned product (if applicable) and confirm the issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Faulty or damaged items
We carefully inspect all products before dispatch.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we can resolve it quickly.
4. Exchanges
If you’ve received the wrong product by mistake, we’ll happily send you the correct item at no additional cost.
