All orders are shipped from Port Pirie, South Australia, using trusted Australian carriers.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods or product launches, please allow a little extra time — we’ll always notify you by email if there’s a delay.
🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or equivalent couriers.

🌍 International Shipping
We are not currently offering international shipping.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

💫 Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement where applicable.
